Why this photo? Solo venue at the Nairn Highland Games (August 17, 2002)- 15 miles from Inverness in Scotland, and the last Games / Gathering in Scotland that does not charge admission fees for competitors or spectators.  A natural bowl, roped off, with a tent for the judges, and the raised boards for the player -  one of the best solo venues I have EVER seen.
