"the 91st Division pipers, part of the 91st Division Band from Camp Parks, Dublin, CA. We were mobilized as part of Operation Enduring Freedom in January 2003. We played for troops leaving for battle and many that came back. I am standing second from right in the photo. Pipe major is SSG Steve McKinney."
