"When I turned 50, I asked my friends to submit a verse for my Lament "Cùmha maoul-columb Air a bliadhnan" which means, as close as I can figure, Malcolm's lament for his 50 years. They contributed and I played the tune (actually Mist Covered Mountains) on the small pipes to accompany. One has to be occasionally crazy and when better than when one turns 50??"
