"..myself (on the right) and fellow  piper Carl Henson with some Bolivian dancers at last summer's  Strawberry Festival in Buchannon, WV. The weather was perfect for short sleeves (sigh) and we had a blast! Yes, there are pipers in West Virginia. The Scots settled central WV quite heavily. We are members of Pipes and Drums of St. Andrew, Parkersburg, WV."
