He's everywhere (I'll have to come up with a special photo for this one day) - Rob MacNeil is the president of our association (BCPA), the BCPA Highland Games representative at every (?) games we have, the man with the software for our games promoters, the official results capture and tabulation guy, and a lot (!) more, and in his 'spare time' he even pipes - here helping a young drummer (you can tell he's a drummer 'cause it says so on his sweatshirt)
