".. taken on 23 September 2005 at Virginia Military Institute. A piper is adjusting the Drum Major's plaid before the Friday afternoon parade.
VMI, in Lexington, Virginia, now has a Pipe and Drum unit, part of Band Company. They have been getting around, marching in GWB's second inauguaral parade among other activities."
