" It was taken by Ben Furtado/Auburn Journal in California. Jay and Tom Rogers were piping the Kirkin’ o’ the Tartans service at St Luke’s Episcopal Church in Auburn, California USA. Both are members of a new pipe band formed in the spring of 2004 by the Sacramento Fire Department. Our tartan is registered in Scotland and our agency is one of only two I believe that have their own registered tartan."
